Situated on a small path, this unique and beautiful Eze holiday villa offers its guest exceptional views above the sea. The villa boasts its own private pool and is set in the centre of a natural reserve providing a calm and tranquil environment.

Inside the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee maker,
oven, grill, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, pantry Items, dishes & utensils, and cooking utensils. Seating for up to 10 people can be found in the dining area.
In the living room our guests can relax as there is plenty of comfy seating along with a television with DVD player and satellite / cable TV, a stereo with audio tape player and a good selection of books and toys.

There are 2 bedrooms in the villa accommodating up to 7 people. One room has a large double bed, with the second bedroom having three single beds. A sofa bed can be found in the living room which can accommodate an additional 2 people if required. With two separate toilets, there is also 2 bathrooms one of which has a superb large spacious walk in shower.

Situated in such a rural environment, outside the villa you can really relax in this luxurious hideaway with a lovely garden, terrace, patio area and balcony. The private swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking and there is a selection of garden furniture including a table with 4 garden chairs.

We welcome both long-term renters and children. Pets will be considered. The villa has been given a 4 star certification from the tourism office.

The villa is just 5 to 10 minutes’ walk to the village of Eze where you can discover the fauna and the wild flora of the region. Monaco is just 6km away.

The small medieval village of Eze is famous for its charm and beauty. With its fantastic selection of shops, art galleries, hotels and restaurants, the village attracts a large number of tourist and honeymooners. As a result of this, Èze has become re-named by some as the museum village. There are a only a few residents of local origin that remain in the village. From Èze you can enjoy the fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea.
