A HISTORIC MANOR IN THE SANCERRE COUNTRYSIDE

Dating back in part to the 13th century, the manor has been carefully renovated to retain its authentic character while providing the comforts expected of a modern guest house.

The five spacious and individually styled guest rooms range from romantic double rooms to generous family accommodation sleeping up to six guests. Each offers attractive views over the garden, courtyard or surrounding forest.

All rooms benefit from comfortable quality bedding, a private bathroom or shower room, separate WC, television and welcome tray. A generous breakfast and use of the estate's leisure facilities are included with your stay.

SWIMMING POOL, GARDENS & LEISURE

During the warmer months, guests can relax beside the impressive 16 x 6 metre swimming pool, surrounded by the manor's extensive green parkland.

The large tree-lined gardens provide plenty of space for a peaceful stroll, reading in the sunshine or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside.

For more active moments, guests can enjoy billiards, table football, table tennis and bicycles, while a home cinema provides entertainment indoors. A barbecue area with garden furniture is also available for relaxed meals with family and friends.

THE ROSE ROOM

Sleeps 2 – 1 double bed

Located on the ground floor, the Rose Room is ideal for a romantic stay and benefits from its own independent access to the garden.

The room features a comfortable 160 cm double bed, private shower room, WC, television and hairdryer.

Rate: €96.20 for two people, including breakfast and tourist tax.

THE TOWER ROOM

Sleeps 2–4 – 2 double beds

Situated within the manor's 17th-century square tower, this characterful suite comprises two bedrooms.

One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the second features a 120 cm bed, making the accommodation particularly suitable for a couple travelling with children, teenagers or another adult.

Facilities include a private bathroom with bathtub, WC, television and hairdryer.

Rate: €115 for 2–4 people, including breakfast.

THE MARQUIS'S ROOM

Sleeps up to 4 – 2 double beds

Located on the first floor and accessed by its own external staircase, the Marquis's Room is a particularly spacious bedroom overlooking the historic moat.

It features a generous 200 cm king-size bed together with an additional 140 cm double bed, making it suitable for two couples or a family with older children.

Facilities include a private bathroom with bathtub, WC, television, stereo system and hairdryer.

THE QUEEN'S ROOM

Sleeps 2 – 1 double bed

The Queen's Room occupies part of the manor dating from the 15th century and is reached via the original staircase.

This attractive dual-aspect bedroom enjoys views across both the courtyard and gardens and includes a private bathroom with bathtub, WC, television and hairdryer.

Rate: €116.20 including breakfast and tourist tax.

LE CLOS DU ROY

Sleeps up to 6 – 2 double beds & 2 single beds

Le Clos du Roy is the manor's largest family room, situated within the 15th-century section of the property.

Spacious enough to accommodate up to six adults, it features a 200 cm king-size bed, a 140 cm four-poster double bed and two 100 cm single beds.

Facilities include a private bathroom with both bathtub and shower, WC, television, stereo system, hairdryer and baby cot.

Rate: €145 for 4–6 people, including breakfast.
Tourist tax: €0.60 per adult, per night.
Additional nights: €130.

BREAKFAST & SELF-CATERING

A delicious breakfast is included with guest-room stays and provides the perfect start to a day exploring the Sancerre region.
