Set amongst vineyards and Mediterranean countryside in the beautiful Aude region of Southern France, our Château offers an elegant and relaxed setting for destination weddings, luxury holidays and private celebrations.

This historic 19th-century wine estate combines authentic French charm with warm hospitality, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, family celebrations and exclusive-use weddings with friends and loved ones. Surrounded by ornamental gardens and its own vineyard, the château can host wedding receptions and events for up to 160 guests, with accommodation available for around 50 guests on-site.

The estate is particularly renowned for its relaxed “house-party” atmosphere, where guests can enjoy several days together in complete privacy. Vineyard ceremonies, in-house catering and personalised wedding coordination all help create unforgettable celebrations in a truly romantic setting.

Located near the village of Ginestas, in the heart of the Minervois wine region, the château was once home to a large wine-producing estate. Many original features linked to its wine-making heritage remain beautifully preserved throughout the property.

The former wine hall has been transformed into a stylish reception space with bar and dance area, while the original wine press has been cleverly incorporated into the bar itself. Guests can even enjoy breakfast beside a huge traditional wine barrel, adding to the unique atmosphere of the estate.

Planning a wedding abroad should be exciting, not overwhelming. That's why we provide every couple with a complimentary in-house wedding planner and a dedicated team who manage everything from suppliers and styling to timelines and guest logistics, allowing you to enjoy the journey as much as the wedding itself. 

By the time you arrive, everything is in place for you to simply relax and enjoy your celebration. Our experienced team handles all setup, coordination, cleaning, and logistics throughout the weekend, while your dedicated on-site coordinator ensures everything runs seamlessly.

To give each couple maximum flexibility and peace of mind, we host just one wedding per week. This allows us to adapt arrival and departure days around flight schedules and travel preferences, even if these change during the planning process.

Accommodation

The château accommodates up to 51 guests between 19 double & 3 twin rooms. Additional accommodation for approximately 70 guests is available within walking distance in the village, with further options just a short drive away.

Catering

Our in-house catering team provides exceptional food throughout your stay, with a variety of menu options and full accommodation of dietary requirements. There is no need to arrange any external catering services.

We are easily accessible from several airports including Carcassonne, Béziers, Perpignan, Montpellier and Toulouse, with Barcelona and Marseille also within reach. Narbonne train station is just 20 minutes away, and we can arrange guest transportation including taxis, minibuses and coaches.
