New terraced Villa built on the edge of a small medieval village, 25kms from the Sea and 60km from the Verdon Gorges. The property is very quiet and located in Callas.
It is 2011 and fully equipped with furniture, electrical equipment and new linen. We tried to look after the decoration, the colors to make your stay pleasant, giving you the desire to come back.
In a shared room, you will have 2 additional showers, 1 toilet and a bathroom.
The house is equipped with electric shutters. The swimming pool 11m x 4m is surrounded by a terrace equipped with 15 sunbaths, 4 parasols, and 5 tables. It is illuminated at night. A real paradise!
You will have a terrace with living room and garden. Balusters surround the terraces, and the house is built between terraces.
We also thought of children: swings and trampoline + ping pong table, board games, books waiting for them.

The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a toilet area with vanity unit with 2 drawers + mirror and light
On a shelf, you will have different towels, toilet gloves, towels.
If fresh, there the electric heater blowing, handy.
A bin for soiled linen, a towel holder, bath mats are also available.
We even thought about our children, who need a small stool to grow up to look in the mirror.
In the common area, you will have also to avoid queues for the toilet, 2 showers + 1 toilet + 1 toilet.

Around Callas, you can enjoy horseback riding, cycling, hiking and trekking in the Gorges sailing, kayack, sports, gliding on water, climbing.
For your shopping, you will find in the village bakery, supermarket, the market on Saturday, and good restaurants .. Around Callas, discover the Provencal markets day and night: Le Muy, FREJUS, ST RAPHAEL ETC ...
It is also a good area for famous vineyards and good rosé on flamboyant land. Enjoy the pine forests,
the winding roads in the Pre-Alpes and the beautiful rocks
