The chalet is located 800 m from the village center of Samoëns and 2 km from the hotel Neige et Roc. The chalet can accommodate up to 12 people, luxury and comfort await you at the foot of the mountains.

Its privileged location in the centre of Samoens and in the heart of the domain of the Grand Massif makes it a popular cottage during both summer and winter months, offering a whole rannge of great activities.
The chalet 'la ferme des fontany' is an old farmhouse of 260 m² entirely renovated in 2003 in the Savoyard style in the middle of a 3000 m² park on the edge of the woods.

IN WINTER - The skiing area of the resort-village of Samoëns is offered to you, as well as the Grand Massif ski area with its 265 km of ski slopes, the 4th ski area of Francerelié skis. Between 1600 and 2500 meters of altitude, many hidden treasures to discover such as the waterfall trail and its 14 km in a breathtaking setting, the Combe de Gers is its 800m vertical drop, a fabulous off-piste area for freeride enthusiasts and sensations.
