Four Twenty L'Elé is a masterpiece of architecture and design, having been transformed in 2017 from a traditional stable into a superb modern chalet, ideally located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area, Morzine.
The design of the chalet is perfectly suited for two families sharing the chalet. You will have the option of opening up or separating the different living spaces to create one chalet or two large apartments.
At the chalet entrance level, you'll find a first large living room, dining room and open kitchen that are flooded with light and overlook the garden as well as Les Dérêches Park. From the living room, an outside staircase leads to the garden where you can enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi with a superb view of the valley.
In the centre of the living room is a beautiful glass staircase that leads to the upper level where there are two bedrooms and a master suite with bathrooms. Two other bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins and both have en-suite shower rooms.
The lower level opens to a second large living room with a wood stove and television, as well as an open dining room and a second kitchen. A large private balcony is accessible from the living room, allowing you to enjoy the sun. Two large bedrooms, each with its own shower room, open onto the living room.
