Superb Holiday home set in 10 hectares of beautiful, unspoiled nature for immediate and total rejuvenation. Let yourself be lulled by the flute-like song of frogs and the chirping of passerines. Here, nature reigns supreme and encompasses all the landscapes of Brocéliande: meadow, moorland, dry and flooded forest, deciduous forest, stream, pond and lake. Carmine rocks and golden gorse are a subtle setting in which the dark waters of the 1-hectare pond are reflected, which you can explore by canoe. If you are fond of nature baths, you can also swimm in as it is deep and large with quite warm water in summer.

Located in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails (GR Tour de Brocéliande, Equibreizh), we offer you the possibility of coming to us on horseback or with your horses, which will be housed in a paddock. Otherwise, you can also come by bike, car or train! We offer a discovery of Breton gastronomy with an organic and local Breton breakfast (€17 per person), with pancakes,  ribot milk, gwell and kouign aman... among others. Yec'hed mat! To better introduce you to the immense richness of nature, we offer sensitive, scientific, and artistic workshops using sophisticated and unique equipment. You will be able to hear bats hunting at night using a bat-box that allows you to perceive their ultrasounds. You will be able to be lovely bewitched by the music of life thanks to an ingenious technology that reveals the electrical activity of plants by plugging directly onto their leaves. You will be able to experience a magnificent nature : see at night like cats or snakes and hear like wild mammals. We also lead artistic workshops to reveal your potential.

The Owners:
We are two sisters who created the association "Les Coulisses de la Nature" to share our knowledge and our love of life. Myriam is an ecologist and ethologist, field naturalist, specializing in popular science. Author of numerous books, director of nature films and presenter of the TV show "Curieuse de Nature". Claudie, a former senior reporter and war reporter, is also author of numerous books and now working as a visual artist.

It took us more than 10 years and a lot of personal commitment to build our house, partly from materials available on the land. In fact, shortly after we moved in, the gigantic storm at the turn of the millennium felled hundreds of trees on our land. We salvaged some of it to build our house. The stones are also local (the land was used as a building stone quarry in the Middle Ages), as is the earth that coats the walls. Everything was done by local craftsmen engaged in the restoration of the old building. Solar panels provide hot water production, and heating is provided by a heat pump. Wastewater is treated using a system of sand filters of varying densities (micro-purification) before being phyto-purified. The water that reaches the tap is completely cleaned by a filter system, reinformed and energized by a vortex (Amilo global system). Our cleaning and hygiene products are organic and natural. The furniture was purpose-built when it wasn't salvaged or found on flea markets. For over 30 years, we have been fully committed, in our private and professional lives, to an eco-responsible approach that respects living things.

If the entire house is rented accommodating 10-12 people, the other accommodation options can't be rented - it is exclusively for those guests.

LAGADENN 4 people - 2  bedrooms, 2  double air-beds
Price: 350 Euros / Per Week/ per bubble
Two transparent mini-bubbles, isolated from each other, welcome you to experience the night in the forest with the feeling of being alone in the world while being protected from bad weather and insects. No one overlooked. The mini-bubbles are located on either side of the 1-hectare pond and are separated by about a hundred meters from each other. Each mini-bubble is equipped with a double inflatable mattress and can only accommodate two people maximum. It is obviously possible to reserve only one mini-bubble. Sheets and blankets are provided. Dry toilets nearby. Sink but no shower. Guests of the mini-bubbles have access to the wooden chalet (Marc'Hegez) for the duration of their stay so they can leave their belongings there and wash up.
 

MARC'HEGEZ - 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed
Price: 350 to 490 Euros / Per Week
Located close to hiking trails, we welcome you and your horses. The small chalet is located in the paddock reserved for horses. The GR Tour de Brocéliande is accessible via the trails. This accommodation is very simple. It is not equipped for cooking. It is only equipped with a kettle with coffee and tea. It is possible to barbecue on the nearby brazier. I can prepare a very hearty breakfast for you on request. In terms of amenities, it is only equipped with a sink and dry toilets. There is no shower. It is the ideal place to sleep with your horses, or to enjoy a peaceful stay while fasting in the forest near the hiking trails.

MA DI GAER (300 m² house) - 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 bathrooms.
Price: 2,135 Euros per week.
300 m² house on 3 levels with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a spa bath. The living room has a home cinema and a stove for cosy winter evenings. All this in the heart of a 10-hectare park surrounding a one-hectare lake. A small herd of Ouessant sheep roam freely on the property. Horses and a donkey also share the grounds. The land borders the Brocéliande GR hiking trail and offers complete relaxation with the feeling of being far away from everything, despite its proximity to Rennes and the immediate surroundings of the pretty village of Montfort-sur-Meu, classified as a small town of character. My house is the ideal place for a change of scenery with family or friends, a retreat in the heart of nature, a moment of total rejuvenation.

Glesker - 4 people in 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 1 bathroom.
Price: 1,435 Euros / week.
Ground floor comprising two bedrooms, each measuring 15 m², with access to a private terrace. 15 m² pergola facing the pond. Shower room with Italian-style slate shower. Natural slate sink (former pig trough). Separate toilet. Living room with kitchenette equipped for breakfast or snacks but not for cooking. The accommodation faces east. The beds are oriented north-south for a good night's sleep. Tap water is fully filtered and energised. Wi-Fi is only available in the living room. The bedrooms are free of any connections and protected from electromagnetic waves.
