Chalet Morillon - Superb Chalet 50 metres from the Ski Lift Located in the Middle of Morillon

Our chalet is located in the middle of Morillon, about 50 meters from the ski lift. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We have been enjoying everything the house and the area have to offer for more than 25 years.

Since the renovation in 2014, the house is up to date and divided into two parts: the chalet and the apartment.
The chalet is suitable for 8 people and the apartment for 4 people.
The Chalet and apartment can be rented together, or separately.

THE CHALET:
The chalet is located on the middle and top floors. The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a shared entrance with a hall, from which the chalet and apartment each have their own lockable entrance.
In the hall there is a washing machine and a dryer for shared use. You can also store skis and boots here.

APARTMENT:
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has four sleeping places, two beds and a double sofa bed.

DIRECTIONS:
Morillon is located 950 kilometers from Utrecht in the ski area of ​​Le Grand Massif. From Cluses it is a maximum of half an hour's drive. That part goes uphill, on well-maintained and clean roads.
If you drive via the toll roads, count on approximately €45 in tolls one way. Once you have passed through the village centre, you will come across the Rol Sports ski shop on the right. The first street on the right after this shop is Impasse du Télèsiège, the fourth house on the left is No 4.
It is a pleasant place to be, both in summer and winter.

PRICE CONDITIONS:
The rates apply for an entire week, from Saturday to Saturday.
In the low season, it is also possible to rent for less than a week or with fewer people in consultation. Please contact us for more information.
If you only want to rent the chalet, but want to be sure that the apartment is not rented to other tenants, we charge €350 per week.
Depending on the high season in winter and summer, prices vary.

In winter from 1100 - 3200 euros per week
In summer 1100 euros per week

The price includes the use of linen, towels, firewood, cleaning and tourist tax.
Tenants are asked to leave the rented property thoroughly clean and to collect the beds.
After booking you will receive an information letter and the code for the key box.
