Stunning Detached Villa In Lit-et-Mixe, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, South West France

Villa Four Seasons is a wonderfully spacious and bright self-catering villa in Lit-et-Mixe sleeping up to 6 guests.
Located in peaceful surroundings but close to all amenities, it is the perfect holiday escape. The property was newly constructed in 2010 and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a five ring gas hob, large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine located in a separate utility room.

The lounge has ample seating and there are two excellent quality double sofa beds with full mattresses.There is a large HD TV, DVD player, WiFi and a music system. There are two bathrooms in the villa, both fully equipped with enclosed shower rooms, vanity units, washbasins and WC. 

The property has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both of the bedrooms are spacious yet cosy, and have wardrobes, chest of drawers and reading lamps. 

Outside, the property boasts a lovely terrace that overlooks the beautifully kept tranquil garden, which is a haven for wildlife and the perfect spot to relax.

The house is situated approximately 2km from Lit et Mixe, in South West France which is a small but busy holiday village in high season. Here you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket, bakers, butchers,bank, post office, etc.. The beaches of Cap de L'Homy and Contis are both within close proximity as is the immense pine forest.

There is much to do in the surrounding area, such as horse-riding, beachcombing, bird watching, sightseeing, scenic walking routes and casinos. For the more adventurous, there are great cycling routes, freshwater fishing, golf courses nearby, jet skiing, rollerblading, surfing, swimming and tennis.
