This beautiful villa with private infinity pool is located just 5 minutes from the beaches. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. 

The property is charming throughout. It comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a beautifully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge area.

Features include: a television, satellite channels, home cinema, books, air-conditioning etc. Outside there is a large pool of 90m3 (10m * 5m) which will enable you to cool down a little, particularly if the weather is scorching!
It has a waterfall that flows into a buffer tank (infinity pool), which guarantees a great cleanliness of the water. 

The pool is maintained well by the owner (filling and filtration). We control the quality of the water (chlorine treatment) 2 to 3 times a week.
There is a pool house with kitchen.
6 sunbeds are at your disposal + a chaise-longue. 
A Pierre romaine floor allows you to lie in all directions.

The terraces: One facing west, with a surface of 17m2 (6m * 3m), the other facing towards the sea to the south/southeast and is much larger at 90m2 (16m * 6m).

There is much to see and do in the surrounding area. The property is 3.5 km from the Gulf of Saint Cyprien and 10 km from Porto Vecchio. The nearest beach (Palombaggia) is only 12km away.
