Spacious farmhouse nestled in the middle of the countryside with no noise other than the babbling brook outside. This charming property is surrounded by farming land and lies in the Seven Valleys region of Northern France.
It is located close to Agincourt and Montreuil with Le Touquet and Breck beaches about 40 minutes away. Perfect house for families to share with spacious facilities and two lounges. There is a large garden with bbq and pizza oven.
The Accommodation
There are two bedrooms downstairs with a separate bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom. Both have good showers. There is a second lounge upstairs with pool table, leather sofas and TV. Wi-fi is fibre. There is a fully working computer in the upstairs lounge. A stairgate, highchair and travel cot are available if needed.
The kitchen is well stocked to cater for 12 people; plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery with a range of cooking pots, pans, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, cafetieres, toaster, microwave and oven.
There is a Beertender beer cooler. A second fridge can be found in the utility room together with washing machine.
Guest access
There is parking for at least 4/5 cars on the property and outside about 2. 10 minutes away is the village of Hucqueliers with bank, bars and shops. Fruges is about 20 minutes away with more shops and bars and then there is Montreiul about 20 minutes away with Le Touquet and Berck about 40 minutes.
The property lies next to a stream and there are various points along the way where you can sit and enjoy. Up the road is the little Notre Dame chapel where you can light a candle for loved ones. The house is in the Seven Valleys and often classic cars drive through enjoying the meandering hills
