The dining area has comfortable seating for up to 8 guests and the living area benefits from a Television, Satellite / Cable, Radio, Stereo, CD Player and DVD Player. There is one double bed and 4 single beds.
Outside, the property has a wonderful private terrace that is 25m2 and just infront of the sandy beach. The patio has a set of garden table and chairs to enjoy meals and drinks outside, looking onto the beach!
The property benefits from heating and WIFI throughout. There is also a washing machine, vacuum, hair dryer, clothes dryer and iron with ironing board for guest use.
It is situated by the Ecluse beach, and boasts panoramic views of the sea and Saint-Malo. The apartment is perfectly situated next to the casino, the market, the swimming pool and restaurants in the city center.
