Spacious and Charming House Near The Sea, Brittany - Erdeven

This charming stone house is located near the sea and is very spacious throughout. It can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or group getaways!

This is a family home that is rented periodically throughout the year. It is large (400m2) and situated in a quiet hamlet, 5 km from the ocean. 

It comprises:

Six spacious rooms, with wooden beams nicely tinted in pastel colors and decorated with Breton seascapes. The furniture is rustic and mostly wood. The flooring is also wooden, adding to the rustic charm. 

The master bedroom is the largest (40 m2) and has a desk, a sink and a large bathtub. On the 1st floor, there is another large room with several beds and a room with shower and sink. There is also a separate WC. On the 2nd floor are three bright and airy attic rooms with high ceilings, each with double or twin beds and wardrobes. They are rather cosy! There is also a bathroom and a separate WC. An extra bed is placed in the wide hallway. On the ground floor is the last bedroom, with private shower room and WC.

The dining room boasts a large table to accommodate many guests (16) in a cozy environment, and a corner for relaxing around the open fire. The lounge has comfortable armchairs and a Hi-Fi system to listen to music around the hearth, aswell as a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with many features including an oven, fridge, freezer, grill, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has the added benefit of a lovely breakfast table.

The garden is huge at 3.500 m2 with a view of the beautiful surroundings. There is garden furniture, a ping-pong table, a volleyball net and a barbecue.

The house is in an ideal location, 300 m from the castle park of Keraveon (health courses, playground, bike), 1 km from the center of Erdeven and shops, 3 km from the golf course of St-Laurent, 6 km from beaches lined with dunes and the Ria d'Etel, 12 km from Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, and 22 km from Quiberon, 30 km from Vannes and Lorient and from the beautifull Gulf of Morbihan and its' islands. 

There are a wide range of sports activities around: swimming, fishing, surfing and erdeven is a well known spot of kite surfing, sailing, catamarans, golf, horse riding, tennis, hiking and biking on marked trails and box for young people in Carnac.

Cultural and leisure activities include: menhirs, dolmens (Carnac and Erdeven), chapels, cities (Vannes, Lorient), flea markets, markets, art (Pont-Aven, Auray) , the city of sailing museum at Lorient
