It is set in 15 acres of wooded land and comprises 4 bedrooms, modern well-equipped kitchen and a large living room. The property is 350 sqm, stone built and very secluded. It offers guests both privacy and tranquillity.
The location is ideal, as the house is only a few minutes drive from the nearest village and there is much to see and do in the local area. You are surrounded by historical Bastide towns and villages with excellent restaurants and bars. Superb vineyards within the area must be explored.
The gourmet kitchen is modern and has all the necessary equipment for any budding chef, including fine bone China plates, Zwilling cutlery, pans.
There are plenty of pool loungers so you can relax and enjoy the pool area.
Garden and pool contracts are in place for regular cleaning and maintenance throughout the summer period.
We are just 1 hour from Bergerac airport and 1.5 hours from Toulouse airport.
