The house is situated between Macon And 15 minutes from Cluny in a secluded Valley with the cows and vineyards for neibours,Plenty of room in side 8 bedrooms sleeps 20 people,outside meadows vegetable garden,fruit tress plenty of car parking space,A big barn ' above the house,a small house in front that sleeps 5 people If you need any extra room.The Valley is south faceing and the housefaces south and east.
The house is on three levels,on the ground floor there is a studio with bath /shower /toilette And kitchen,a doublé bed à single bed And a bedsetee.There is also the laundry room and the cellars.The balcony which is on the first floor is the whole length of the house good place for breakfast or Erik in the evening.From the balcony you enter the kitchen/dining room ,from there you can enter à co ères patio which has 3 bedrooms adjoining It each with its own shower and sink,There is one toilette for the 3 bedrooms at the back of the patio is a terraced garden.Taking the door on the right From the patio,you arrive in the very big dining room with a big fireplace,From here by ou go back to the front of the house where There is a big bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and bathroom.Upstairs on the top floor There are 3 bedrooms and the mezzine thats gives on to the large dining room/lounge be low,There is one bathroom and a seperate toilette. You can Walk on paths from the house in any direction,There is one médiéval Castle one and a half Hours on foot.Cluny 3 Hours,many walks.There is a cycle track built on a old RailAway Line which you can take a mile below our house,Lyon 1 hour drive south,Beaune 1 1/2 Hours North

For recreation there is plenty to do for those who love nature. Paths from the house in any direction. for walkers and cyclists. There is the green way below thevillage of Berzé, bike possibility, walking, rollerblading etc. There are also tastings in the cellars ,mâconnais ,beaujolais,castle of Berzé le Chatel, Pierreclos, home of the poet Lamartine, its castle in Saint Point, 15 minutes by car, where there is also an ideal lake for swimming, Cluny and its abbey, its Saturday market. Also a very nice market in Macon on Saturday. A little further but not much more Maybe 15 miles Chateau Cormatin ,Theizé, Buxy, Tournus and Brancion etc. Many of these sîtes are accessible on foot or by bile. For restaurants there is also a lot of choice
