La Ferme de La Tour is set in 2 1/2 acres of parkland, beautifully situated in an ensemble of honey coloured stone farm buildings dating back to the 16th century. These fantastic holiday properties are surrounded by magnificent countryside, along with numerous pretty footpaths and have been charmingly restored to provide four spacious high quality self catering holiday homes that enjoy the use of a large chlorine free swimming pool. The cottages are located in the heart of Perigord Noir in an area known locally as the golden triangle - the most scenic region of the Dordogne. The most beautiful sites and scenery are right on our doorstep! The breathtaking views over the Dordogne valley will overwhelm you with a feeling of peace and tranquillity. Within the hamlet of La Tour, we are just two minutes from the pretty village of Sainte Nathalene with a bar, hotel, restaurants and a small shop.

We are Just 10km from the medieval town of Sarlat that enjoys a truly laid back atmosphere, known as the jewel of Perigord Noir and is arguably the gastronomic capital of Dordogne. The restaurants, cafes and bars offer a superb choice to suit all your needs. There is a regular array of street entertainment which you can enjoy whilst dining on a warm sunny evening or whilst sitting enjoying a coffee and watching the world go by during the day.

La Grange: a sunny and airy barn conversion, full of original features, equipped to a high standard and immaculately presented. La Grange sleeps 2 to 4 people in comfort with lounge, kitchen-diner, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

The living area is sunny and airy and has sumptuous furnishings, in a beautiful room with high beamed ceilings exposed honey coloured stonework and a wood burner. Fully glazed double French doors lead out onto your own south facing terrace equipped with patio furniture, barbecue and spectacular views. The kitchen-diner which is on a split level to the living area, is fully equipped with washing machine, gas oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster. There is seating for four people.

Bedroom one has a romantic feel to it with a double bed, beautiful exposed timbers in a vaulted ceiling, polished chestnut floors and a dormer window from which you can see for miles.

Bedroom two has two single beds , exposed ceiling beams in a vaulted ceiling, chestnut floors and lovely countryside views.

Facilities include: Heating throughout, Sky TV, CD and DVD players and a library of DVD films are available on request. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also included. A cot, linen, baby bath and high chair are available if required.

The pool which is bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk is perfectly sited to maximise the views enabling you to relax and watch the ever changing colours of the dordogne valley. We welcome families and couples alike but sorry no pets, Friendly but un-intrusive owners live on site.
