This charming 2 bedroom cottage rental is ideally situated in a peaceful location just a few minutes walk to the village of Salignac-Eyvigues. The property boasts fantastic views of the medieval village, the well maintained garden and pool, towards the chateau and beyond.

The accommodation of this lovely Dordogne rental cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, a master Bedroom with a King size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chair. Guests will enjoy views over the garden and the picturesque village.The second bedroom has twin beds, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and views over the garden. Upstairs there is a large bathroom, with full size bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin with vanity and WC, with a further WC and wash basin downstairs. Downstairs features a large open plan living/dining with a well equipped kitchen including two 2-seater sofas, coffee table, sideboard, flat screen TV, DVD player, French and English satellite TV.

The exterior of the gite features a terrace with table and 6 chairs and a BBQ. The steps lead up to the garden and shared swimming pool. The pool, which is shared with the adjoining cottage, is 8 x 4m. There are a selection of chairs, sunloungers and umbrellas by the pool, and some pool toys. The garden is terraced with the parking area on the top terrace, and most of the rest laid to lawn.

Closer to home, the pretty village center of Salignac-Eyvigues is just a few minutes stroll and offers restaurants, a tourist office, bank, small supermarket, butcher, baker, hairdresser, flower shop, and an antique shop.
