The apartment is located 20 minutes from the sea, 1/2 hour from Spain and 1h15 from the mountains. You are also not far from certain villages such as Collioure and Banyuls.
Walk on the rocky coast, the hinterland with the wine route and the historic centre of Perpignan.

Possibility of parking easily in a quiet and residential area.
Ideally situated close to all local amenities.
