It is a first floor apartment, situated away from the lifts and away from the main road, limiting the noise from passing traffic. The property also offers direct access from the ski locker to the main slopes giving easy ski in/out and there is a separate hall for guests to remove their ski boots. 

The Sports Centre, Shopping, Bars and Restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. The bus station and secure car park are also just a 2 minute walk. The Ski School meeting point is closeby, at approximately 5 minutes.
