The apartment consists of a living room with fold out sofa bed, for entertainment there is TV and internet access. The living room opens out into the kitchen area where you’ll find two large south facing windows. The kitchen is recently renovated and full equipped. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. There are two single beds in the bedroom – which also enjoys a balcony. Linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower and washer/dryer.
The beautiful city of Nice is an ideal location; it enjoys a fantastic year round climate. The old city and the prestigious Promenade des Anglais are enchanting. The apartment is located on a quiet street near the old city and the port of Nice within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais (waterfront promenade). There is a big supermarket a few streets from the apartment. Parking is available on the street.
