Les Libellules gite is situated in the village of Luzac, near to the town of Marennes and the Ile d`Oleron, and the seaside resort of Royan - in the Charente Maritime region of France. The nearest beach to Luzac is Marennes plage just 8 km and is a great experience for families with small children. There is plenty to see and do in this wonderful area of France, including visiting the numerous nearby chateaux (great for wine and cognac enthusiasts), Parc Aventure Forestier, Ileo Parc Aquatique offering swimming and water slides….and much more. Luzac itself is host to a bakers, butchers, pharmacy and doctors surgery providing many of the necessary amenities for a relaxing and confortable holiday. The bustling town of Marennes is just 5 mins from Luzac and has two large super markets, bakers, news agents, restaurants and shops.
Les Libellules was originally a farmhouse and comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan room with kitchen, dining area and lounge. Outside, guests will enjoy use of a 10 x 5m solar heated swimming pool, garden and patio area with BBQ!
First floor:
Bedroom 2 - one double and one single bed.
Bedroom 3 - one double.
Bedroom 4 - three single beds.
Bathroom with shower.
Beds can be arranged to suit individual needs, cots and high chairs available.
Ground floor:
Bedroom 1 - one double with french doors leading to patio.
