La Sonine is a beautiful 4 bedroom, stone built luxury holiday villa located less than 1km from the picturesque village of St. Paul de Vence on the Cote-d`Azur.
The villa comprises of 4 double bedrooms, all en-suite. The two bedrooms upstairs, both have private terraces and en-suite bathrooms. The spacious upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed and walk-in wardrobe while the smaller bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a king if required. The master bedroom, with its king-size four-poster bed is located on the ground floor.
The wonderful dining room seats 8 people and the spacious and light sitting-room has a fabulous fireplace, card table and gorgeous artwork.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including 2 fridges, Nespresso, Quooker, ice-maker, food processor, micro-wave and lots of cook-books, 2 ovens for any aspiring chefs and underfloor heating for Christmas and off-season guests.
The villa also boasts a large TV/Games room with flat-screen T.V, DVD player, DVDs, table tennis, Table Football, books, games and a sofa-bed. The separate utility room is also located in the basement and has a Washer, Dryer and sink.
There is a terrace off the kitchen with a dining table that seats 12 people which makes an ideal place to eat during the day. The gas BBQ makes Al-fresco cooking a pleasure. There is also lawn badminton available for guests.
The covered terrace off the large sitting room is a lovely place for drinks and a quiet retreat from the midday sun and pool. The large stone and tile pool is heated, plus has an automatic, retractable security cover. It is surrounded by grass lawn and there are plenty of sun-loungers and chairs for you to relax on.
This villa is just a short walk from the village and less than 20 minutes from Nice airport, this area has an abundance of activities available locally that you will never be short of things to do whilst a guest here, Nice and Cannes, just a short drive away offer a wilder night-life than the village.
There are excellent walks right from the villa or you can drive into the back-country to the foot of the Alpes and in Winter, there is skiing at Isola.
The local village has not one, but two, Michelin-starred restaurants and plays host to numerous music festivals throughout the year, or you can be swimming in the cool Mediterranean Sea within about 15 minutes drive of leaving the villa.

Special Rental Conditions
Rates are inclusive of all laundry and towels including pool towels; end of stay clean, weekly clean for longer bookings. We can also arrange for babysitting services, extra housekeeping and other services on your behalf.
Bookings outside the months of July and August may be charged a surcharge for pool heating at up to E300 per week, depending on usage.
A deposit of 50% of the rental value is requested on booking. We are happy to help you arrange for cooks, additional cleaning, babysitting or other services if you require.
The amount of 2000.00 Euros is required in advance as a security deposit against property loss and/or damage and unpaid charges. If paid by Transfer, the full amount will be returned by bank transfer within one week of departure. Transfer charges are shared between the parties. In case of credit card payment the deposit will be refunded.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES. Unless otherwise agreed, the CLIENT should arrive between 16H00 and 18H00 on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 10H00 on the day of departure. A surcharge of 150€ will be payable for arrivals after 19H00.
