An integrated kitchen, well insulated from the living room, equipped with a combined microwave oven, a dishwasher, a plate of four-burner ceramic hob, fridge and all the accessories necessary for your enjoyment.The living room is characterized by the clarity of the wall of light giving access to the covered terrace balcony, and the warmth of the Savoyard furnishing: sofa trundle bed transforming into two beds of 80 cm with wooden slats and comfortable mattresses, table and chairs in the dining area, built-in furniture with television, dvd player, stereo and storage. The WC is also on this level. A staircase leads you to the second level, with its storage space (large wardrobe, closet with suitcases), the office area, the bathroom, and the bedrooms. The first, lit by a south-facing window, includes a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a wardrobe and dresser, as well as a second television set. From this bedroom, you reach the third level, with a bed of 140 and a very cozy atmosphere, also lit by a south-facing window. The property provides ample space and comfortable accomodation for up to six guests who enjoy a little independence too. 

The first bedroom (lit by a south-facing window) includes a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a wardrobe and dresser, as well as a television set. From this bedroom, guests can access the third level, which has a double bed and a very cozy atmosphere (also lit by a south-facing window).

Guests have access to an underground car park for a supplement of 60 Euros, free in summer season. There is golf available nearby and easily accessible hiking routes. The nearest ski lift is 350m away.
