This luxurious holiday home is situated in a private location within a beautiful 7 ha estate that borders the river Lot for approximately 1 km.
Petit Paradis provides comfortable accommodation for between 2 and 6 people.
Set over 2 floors, on the first floor of the house you will find a large spacious living area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a luxurious bathroom with shower, double wash basins and toilet. An additional box bed which can accommodate two children or a young couple is also available. On the ground floor you will find the second large bedroom, this room has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double wash basins and toilet. Please note both of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
Outside the house you can enjoy the magnificent views over the river, surrounding fields and nearby orchards from the large covered balcony which can be accessed from the first floor.
With its own jetty there is a boat with outboard engine which you are more than welcome to use ( free of charge) during your stay.
A private large swimming pool approximately 5 x 11 meters can be found right next to the river.
Tennants of Petit Paradis have sole use of the pool apart from the occasional time when the owners may use it.
The river is a real paradise for our guests, in addition to the sporting activities available such as canoes, and pedalos this is the perfect spot for fishermen with a wide range of fish ( carp and catfish ) that may be caught throughout the year.

This luxurious holiday villa is situated in very beautiful surroundings near the village Le Temple sur Lot in the department Lot et Garonne. Located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, both are situated at approximately 120 kms.
The nearest village is Ste Livrade and can be reached by car in under 5 minutes. In this beautiful unspoilt village you will find all the shops that you need including a large busy market which happens each Friday. There are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area, especially the restaurants in the charming villages on the hilltops which are highly recommended.
Other nearby villages include Villeneuve sur lot (12 kms) and Agen (25 kms).
The Lot et Garonne is the so called Tuscany of France, this is due to its sloping landscapes and the numerous bastide villages such as Pujols, Penne d' Agenais and Monflanquin, all of which are worth a visit during your stay.
This is a great area of France for wine lovers as the villa is just a one hour drive from
Cahors, Buzet, Duras, Madiran ( a not so well known but superb wine) Bergerac and Bordeaux. The vineyards of Cahors are compared with the famous vineyards of the Cape in South Africa and are certainly worth visiting.
