In the Toulouse-Carcassonne-Albi triangle, this holiday rental in the south of the Tarn is a haven of peace in the heart of nature. This former grain store, ideal for summer use, has been converted into a holiday home for 10 people. It is completely independent on a 7-hectare family estate, ideal for children.
The Tarn offers a wide variety of landscapes, from the forests of the Montagne Noire to the granite rocks of the Sidobre, via the vineyards of Gaillac, and is also rich in artistic and architectural discoveries. You can discover these wonders by visiting must-see sites such as Albi la Rouge and its famous fortress cathedral, or the charming bastides of Albi.
Very large swimming pool to share with the owners.

Ground floor:

All household linen is provided, including sheets, towels, pool towels and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival.
In July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 days.

In April, May, June and September I can rent a minimum stay of 2 days at a rate of 280€ per night.

Mandatory cleaning fee of €90.
Deposit upon reservation of 30% + €90 cleaning fee. by bank transfer
Balance due on your arrival
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoker.
CANCELLED POLICY
Cancellation made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period the deposit will not receive a refund only the cleaning fees.
