You are 9 minutes from the centre of the village of Lavandou and 12 minutes from Saint Clair beach.
The apartment is located in a villa on the ground floor with a surface area of 62 m2, completely independent. Fiber allows teleworking. Taking into account climate change, wall-mounted air conditioning is installed for both bedrooms. You can park the bicycles in a discreet place in the property in complete safety.
Sheets and towels are included in the rental, beds are made on arrival as at the hotel.
It is composed of :
- A kitchen / living room - Fully equipped living room: mixed cooker (gas-elec) fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc., With a convertible sofa and a TV, with a air conditioner on wheels.
- A large bedroom that can be used as a day area with a very comfortable 140 x 200 sofa bed, 25-channel TV, B-BOX on FIBER WIFI inside, Ethernet on CPL-2000-PLP sockets, DVD player, board games, a large closet , a computer corner. Air conditioning on wheels is available in the room. a wall-mounted air conditioner
- A second, more intimate bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a mirrored wardrobe and two cupboards. A wall-mounted air conditioner
- A bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, an electric water heater.
- A dressing table area for ladies with a hairdryer, a tumble dryer in the laundry room
- I provide a travel cot for children under 3 years old.

Parking without difficulty in all seasons on Avenue du Colonel Rigaud.
To access my apartment you have two staircases for a total of 24 steps (unsuitable for people with Reduced Mobility) .
Terms of cancellation :
-90 days before arrival, 80% of the amounts paid with a minimum of €120 for costs remaining with the owner.
- 45 days before arrival, 50% of the amounts paid with a minimum of €150 for costs to the owner.
- 30 days before, 10% of the amounts paid.
In the period between 0 and 30 days before arrival no refund unless specifically agreed with the owner.
Arrival between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Departure between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Security deposit €600.
