This residence, typical of the Périgord region and built in the early 19th century, is a spacious and luxurious vacation rental with high quality accommodation and additional services. The Northern side dominates the walnut orchard and is characterized by its traditional half-timbering. The Southern side offers a beautiful view of the Dordogne river and the famous Château des Milandes. Each apartment has its own personality and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people depending on the unit selected. All of them provide extensive and luxurious amenities to offer you an unforgettable stay.
OUR SHARED AMENITIES:
Our residence features a large 120 m3 fenced swimming pool (with a 1.10 m shallow end and a 1.80 m deep end), a landscaped park with beautiful rose bushes, an unforgettable view of the Dordogne river, and a shaded communal area with table tennis table and barbecues adjacent to the swimming pool.
Our property is conveniently located right along the Dordogne River and offers 140 metres of beach, space to relax, fish or simply swim in the clear water.
DISABLED ACCESS AMENITIES:
Our residence, pool, park and shaded area provide disabled access and three of our beautiful apartments (accomodating 2 to 6 people depending on the unit) have been specially equipped for customers with disabilities.
They all feature large outside terraces facing the Dordogne River also accessible with a wheel chair. (Please check Apt 1, Apt 2 and Apt 3 for more information).
SEMINARS:
During the off-season we welcome corporate seminars from 10 to 20 people.
You will find at your disposal:
- a conference room with tables and chairs for up to 20 persons and equipped with a small kitchen. A large white wall on one side of the room allows you to make presentations if you want to bring a projector.
- up to 16 bedrooms on site and the possibility to rent an additional 6 bedrooms less than 100 metres away.
