Cabrieres has all the advantages of the Luberon National Park yet is not overwhelmed by tourists.

Our Stunning family-friendly villa consists of 3 bedrooms. In our opinion the house works best for 4 people, even though it can accommodate 6. It is located just short walk to the centre of the medieval village of Cabrieres d`Avignon.

Within the village you will find a butcher, grocer, bakers, honey shop, and three restaurants to experience some of the best French cuisine, all within walking distance.

All bedroom windows have pull-down insect screens. The main double bedroom has an air-conditioning unit.

We have added an additional modern spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin but this is not ensuite to any of the bedrooms.

The property boasts a large open plan living/dining room and a modern, spacious kitchen with superb double-oven cooker. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and would suit anyone who likes to cook. It leads directly to the spacious patio with gas BBQ, dining table, sun umbrellas, and views - the perfect spot for alfresco meals. The 3000-square-metre garden is a peaceful tranquil area on hot summer days with its Mediterranean trees & shrubs of olive, oleander, rosemary, lavender, and wild thyme. It's a great place to eat breakfast.

The landscaped swimming pool (10 metres x 5 metres) is in a sunny position with perfect views of the Luberon and Les Alpilles Mountains.

The Villa is equipped with a two car open-sided garage for shade and secure parking on site.

The air-conditioning and central heating is available in one double bedroom, the main living/dining areas and kitchen. However the house remains comfortably cool even at the hottest times of year.

There are retractable insect nets on all windows.

The villa has a comprehensive reading and reference library for your enjoyment. A selection of french flavor DVD are provided and Cd's can be borrowed from the owners. We provide a wide range of cookery books, herbs and spices. Tennis rackets and boules are available.
