La Closerie, guest house, is an old farmhouse (15/18th century) located in the rural village of Saint Philbert du Peuple, north of Saumur, near the national forest and 15 km from the Loire.
La Closerie offers you:
- a studio for 2/4 people (2 days min)
- a gîte for 4/5 people (4 days min)

THE COTTAGE (minimum 4 day stay)
The gîte occupies the entire ground floor. It is completely independent with private access and garden. He understands :
- a large room with living room, dining room, kitchen (45 m2)
- a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (double bed and single bed), - - a shower room, separate wc, small storage room.
Reserved space at the back with outdoor furniture and large garden to share on the other side of the house.
The rental price includes the supply of sheets, duvets etc (prepared beds) including the tourist tax: 0.90 € per day and per person
Well-behaved pets are accepted free of charge.
