We offer for rent a beautiful recent house (built in 1998), very bright, which can accommodate 8/9 people in conditions of optimum comfort.
This house is located in Bordenec'h, a small hamlet near Bangor, which is at the end of a dead end road, hence the great tranquility of the place.

On the ground floor:
There is a large living room of 60m2 with an "American style" kitchen, fully equipped. This is the place to meet for perfect conviviality.

In addition to this living room, an entrance leads to a WC, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. In this bathroom there is a washing machine.

There are three bedrooms. Two of about 10 m2 each with two twin beds.

The third of 18 m2 contains a good quality double bed. A folding bed can be added to this room, which is available on site, which exceptionally accommodates up to nine tenants. Also upstairs is a second bathroom with WC and shower cubicle. Each bathroom has an independent water heater.

The large bedroom upstairs has a direct access door via an external staircase which leads to a small terrace. It also communicates directly with the bathroom which also opens onto the landing. We thus choose the allocation of the bathroom to the entire floor or to the large bedroom only.

This house is individually decorated with cheerful and bright colors.

A south-facing terrace can accommodate an outdoor table and chairs. A barbecue is on site.
The garden is not enclosed but delimited by hedges and open to the environment. A garden shed is available to tenants.

You can walk down a small path to the beautiful beach of Port Kérel after a 12-minute walk.
The most beautiful landscapes and the beaches of the south coast of the island known as the wild coast are nearby: Baluden, Herlin, Dotchot, Yeyew ...

All the amenities in Bangor mean that you can do without a car if you wish.
