Rental Conditions:
Cleaning fee: 40 euros.
A deposit of 200 €uros must be given to the owner on the day of your arrival.
It will be returned to you on the day of your departure (less any costs of damages that may have been caused).
Please let us know your approximate arrival time, which should be after 4pm.
On the day of your departure, we invite you to leave the property no later than 10 a.m.
