We have completely restored this traditional stone cottage to a high standard for 2019. Downstairs is a large kitchen/ diner with a living space with TV, as well as a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs is a further bedroom and balcony. There is a sun terrace and large enclosed garden to the front of the house.The property even has its own bakery “boulangerie “ which is a well preserved example of its type.
The house is in a very special location, right on the edge of ‘Le Marais’, a national park. In fact, the road at the front of the property can flood at very high tides (Don’t panic, there is a back road too)! Sheep graze the land opposite the house and we are a short distance from the village of St. Germain sur Ay, with its shops, restaurants and glorious sandy beaches.
