Holiday Farmhouse Rental With Pool In Mormoiron, Provence, France / Courtyard House
This charming Provencal property is situated on a vineyard just outside the village of Mormoiron. There are a number of villages nearby all with markets, and a big and small selection of good restaurants to choose from. On the ground floor of this spacious house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, gas cooker, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer and dishwasher. Relax in the sitting room with comfy seating, sofas, TV with English satellite channels and DVD player and a CD Player with an MP3 compatible. There is also a separate dining room and a downstairs shower room with WC and wash basin.
Sleeping up to 9 guests - on the first floor, there is a total of 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, a cot is also available on request. A spacious bathroom with WC, bath, washbasin and wall mounted shower above the bath can also be found on the first floor.
This beautiful farmhouse is set in its own private shady garden with wonderful views and barbecue facilities. Set on the south facing side of this large garden is a quiet and pleasant courtyard planted with roses and shrubs. The swimming pool which is 16m x 6m is set in its own garden and our guests have access to the pool in the morning up until 12:30pm and in the afternoon between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm.
The house is situated in its independently owned vineyard, Domaine des Anges, covering approximately 100 acres of vineyard, cherry orchards and private woodland. Sat on a hill at around 350 metres, the property enjoys cooling breezes in the heat of summer and majestic views throughout the year. With Avignon just 30 minutes drive away, the nearest main town is Carpentras and is just 15 minutes away along with other villages such as Bedoin, Mazan and Mormoiron all within a few kilometres away.
This house offers its guest the perfect base to explore Provence and the vineyards of the Rhone valley.
