Le Domaine des Fargues is a former smallholding of a few acres dating from the 17th century. The property is located in the Périgord Noir in Sainte-Foy-de-Longas between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat and very close to the Vézère and the Dordogne Valleys.

On a site with dominant and privileged position, in a very quiet, preserved and green environment, Le Domaine des Fargues offers outstanding unobstructed views (over more than 25 km as the crow flies). It is an ideal starting point to discover the countless treasures of the Périgord.

The 12 accommodations in a Périgord style, built in stones with warm tones, have been recently tastefully renovated by authenticity lovers who wanted to respect the character of the structures.

We definitely did not want to build a functional accommodation only for profitability, brutalise the nature and disturb the charm of this privileged place.

Services common to all houses:

Each house has a flowered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. They have a fully fitted kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and enough crockery for the allowed number of people in the house. The living rooms with large sofas are equipped with flat screen television and hi-fi system.

5 private or communal pools embellish the Domaine. They are secured and heated. Deck chairs, small tables and parasols are at your disposal on the beaches dotted with rocks and individualised for each family or group of friends.

A tennis court is at the end of the property. It is lit by night until midnight. For young children, there is a playground and a large sandbox.

For the older ones, there are 2 boules grounds, a mini football pitch, a beach volleyball field and 2 table tennis tables. Being far from the road allows children to go biking without danger around the property.

All entertainments, activities and games offered on the estate are completely free

On site, our manager Simon will be pleased to welcome you and make your holidays pleasant. During your stay, he will maintain the pool, water the flowers and mow the lawn.

Finally, throughout the summer, a free bread and pastry delivery service is organised each morning at 7:00 a.m. and you will also have the opportunity to taste the wines of the Domaine du Siorac and the local products (foie gras, duck magret and cheese) during the welcome aperitif.
