BOOKING INFORMATION

Minimum Stay

• Bookings are generally accepted for a minimum stay of seven nights.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
• The remaining balance is payable 60 days before arrival.
• A refundable security deposit of 10% of the booking value (up to a maximum of €600) is also required before arrival.
• For extended stays, the security deposit may be increased to the equivalent of one month's rental.

Cancellation Policy

• If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled automatically and the initial deposit will be retained.
• Guests cancelling more than four weeks before arrival, after paying the balance in full, will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Unfortunately, cancellations made within four weeks of arrival are non-refundable.

Special Rental Conditions

This calendar may assist for planning purposes but please contact us for an accurate indication of availability or to express an interest in particular dates.

​NOTE: Bookings are generally only available for a minimum of 1 week.

PAYMENT TERMS: To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is payable upon booking. The balance along with a refundable damages bond of 10% to a maximum of €600 is due 60 days prior to check in. For longer term bookings the Damage Deposit may be increased to the equivalent of one month's rent.

CANCELLATIONS: If a guest cancels before paying the balance, or does not pay the balance on time, the booking deposit of 50% will be forfeited and the booking will automatically be cancelled. If a guest pays the full balance on time (60 days prior to check in) they will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost provided they cancel at least 4 weeks prior to check in. There will be no refunds for cancellations received less than 4 weeks from check in date.

For bookings of 2 months and over utilities are not included but will be charged at cost based on meter readings. Linen and cleaning costs included for all bookings.
