Family Friendly House With Private Beach Access, Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, Provence

This wonderful property boasts a spectacular location as it is on the beach front with beautiful sea views.  The property can accommodate up to 12 guests and has 6 bedrooms.

Guests will have private access to the sea and a small rocky beach.

Inside, the property is spacious, airy and bright. It comprises a lovely kitchenette with all the required equipment such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. The living/dining room is open plan and has ample seating space for up to 16 guests. Entertainment-wise, there is a television, internet connection and wi-fi throughout the house, open fireplace, a Hi-Fi system, DVD player, books and games. The property is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, in addition to central heating and air-conditioning. The bedrooms are furnished beautifully and to a very high standard, with most offering beautiful views, ample storage and double beds. There is one bedroom with bunk beds  which is perfect for children. All of the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Five out of the six bedrooms have sea views.There are 5 bathrooms and one separate WC. 

Outside there is a wonderful Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea, with plenty of outdoor furniture to create luxurious outdoor lounge areas, aswell as outdoor dining areas. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi that can accommodate 4-6 people and petanque. A barbecue and outdoor grill are also provided. 

There is a maid service everyday from 9am to noon.

There is a restaurant 400 metres from the house: Le Relais des Maures which is in the Michelin Guide.There is also another restautant in Bormes les Mimosas: The Rastègue which has a Michelin star.

The Mediterranean Garden at Rayol is 3 km, beach restaurants are 400m away and include The Golden Anchor and Tropicana.
