Situated within easy reach of the Port of Caen (1hr), this totally refurbished stone Orne holiday gite is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a relaxing break in Normandy. The property is set in the heart of the Suisse Normande region in the middle of lush farmland on the outskirts of the small village of Segrie Fontaine.

The gite comprises a fully equipped kitchen/ diner which includes a microwave, hob, oven, and refrigerator. There is a small living area with table and chairs, a comfy sofa and a television with Satellite / Cable and a DVD player, a stereo is also available for you to enjoy during your stay.

There is a single double bedroom with a free standing wardrobe, dressing table ,bedside cabinets and an en-suite shower room with shower enclosure, wash basin and W.C.

The gite has its own private garden area with patio, BBQ and fantastic views overlooking the surrounding farmland.

Segrie Fontaine is just a 10 min walk away and our guests will find a small selection of local shops. Hypermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the larger towns of Falaise and Flers which are approximately 25 minutes away. Other place of interest include the City of Caen just a 45 min drive and Bayeaux, welll known for its tapestry, war graves and museum is only a 60 min drive.

The nearest bank and post office can be found in Athis which is a 10 min drive away with fantastic golf course situated in Clecy. The beautiful and sandy beaches of normandy can be reached within an hour with the Cotentin coast line (Mont St Michel) at little further afield.
