This 40m2 apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and benefits from a private swimming pool and is just 50m to the ski lift.
There is underfloor heating throughout, and a terrace and garden for guests.
 
The property comprises:
A living room with veranda (view on the valley and the mountain) features traditional furniture of Queyras, TV Sat LCD, station Ipod, sofa, armchairs, chest of drawers, storage, double slatted bed. 
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, crockery, fridge, coffee maker. Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, (shared washing machine and drying rack)
A bedroom with 2 bunk beds
A bathroom with bath, hair dryer, electric towel rail, clothes rack etc
Bedroom with large double bed and dresser. 
Underfloor heating + electric heaters. 
Terrace and garden with teak furniture. (table / chairs / loungers)
Ski room / Secure bike, private garage. (paid) Wi-Fi Free. 
 
There is a private swimming pool that is heated during the Winter months, a steam room, jacuzzi (charge) and tennis courts. 
 
The property is situated at the start of the alpine and cross-country ski runs. Shops are just 1.5 km away (food, post office, cash machine, cheese shop, bakery, Tourist Office, Maison du Parc, Multimedia area, library, and sports shops at 30m Altitude Sport and Inter Sport). 
 
The resort benefits from 18 km of ski slopes and 50 km of 1600 to 2800m. The apartment is located at the start of many hiking routes, and other activities available nearby include Horse riding, Rafting, Hydrospeed, Climbing and Paragliding.
