Charming property set in the Medieval village of Cogolin, just a 10 min walk to the village and famous tart tropezien bolongerie. It's located just 4 miles from St. Tropez and 20 minutes from all famous beaches.
The house is available to let all year and the village of Cogolin is open all year too, where one can purchase almost everything.
The family house boasts a private pool with child safety gate (8m by 4m - 1m 50 deep).
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, electric hob, microwave 2 fridges, 2 freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The Large lounge dining area with air conditioning. Television with Satellite English channels and French tv channels. WIFI.Downstairs guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with 3 double beds and wardrobes with draws, cots and high chairs also available.
2 large bathrooms one upstairs with bath, seperate shower, sink and toilet, 1 downstairs with large walk-in shower sink and toilet also separate guest toilet, 3 toilets inall. Ceiling fans in every room.
3 patio doors to a large south facing terrace with corner barbecue, and swimming pool on the lower terrace with beautiful colored surrounding flower borders.
There are plenty of activities close by such as horseriding outside the village, walking, cycling, go carting, crazy golf, paint balling, bowling, golfing, surfing and of course wine tasting.
