Located 1km from the center of Wimereux and 1km from the beach and dunes of the Slack, the house is part of the residential area very quiet "Dunes Golf" along the Gulf of Wimereux.
The ground floor comprises a hall with large cupboards and a wardrobe, a toilet with sink, a living room with kitchenette (super equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood , fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle), dining room and living room with armchairs and sofa bed (living room equipped with TV, dvd player, radio-cd). Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the other with a bunk bed (with extra mattress) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. A storeroom is also available. There is private parking available.
The house has a large terrace (with garden furniture) and a pleasant garden overlooking the "green flow" (green area for playing, strolling and golf on his putting green and bunkers) .
The estate has a tennis court, a petanque court, a playground for children and a large bicycle garage as well as a putting green and a large bunker.
The market (Tuesday morning and Friday morning) also offers regional products. Wimereux is a small family seaside resort that offers various activities (golf, mini golf, sailing, horse riding). The region offers pleasant opportunities for walks and visits as well as many sporting opportunities (18-hole golf, sailing school, kite surfing, swimming pool and ice rink Helicea in Saint-Martin-Boulogne, cycling etc) and festivities.
