Charming house of the seventeenth century in Saint -Malo near the sea.
The location is perfect as it is very quiet, less touristic area but still very close to the wonderfull beaches and nice local shops.
This home is conveniently located in the district of Parame. All shops are within 150 meters: bakeries, butcher, deli, cheese, wine shop, pharmacy, Tarterie. The market held twice a week is 5 minutes walk. The sea is 800 meters.
Two families can easily share the house for their holidays, there is enough space for everybody to have some privacy but at the same time very nice living room invites to spend evenings together. There are two gardens one in front and the other at the backyard, where you can have your morning coffee in the sun.
It consists of 4 bedrooms that sleeps 8, a large living room, two bathrooms, two toilets and a flower garden fully fenced.
