Self Catering holiday house located in Rouessé-Fontaine, Sarthe
We are 30 minutes from the Le Mans circuit as the motorway junction at Rouéssé-Fontaine is just a 2 minutes drive from the house.
We welcome people of a certain age, preferably over 25, without pets. We accept smokers as long as they do not smoke in the house.
2 couples would be ideal as we have 2 double bedrooms.
Accommodation details:
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed for 1 couple, 1 WC and a large room.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed for 1 couple, 1 shower room, 1 WC and a large kitchen opening onto a living room with a very large television, 1 terrace with garden furniture and 1 closed garage.
Enclosed house with automatic gate.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, induction hob and fridge-freezer. Crockery and household linen are provided, as well as toilet paper, shower gel and soap.
Price: €3,000 per week.
Deposit of €1000 per booking.
