La Grange has recently been renovated into a three bedroom, three bathroom property and has everything you need to enjoy you holiday from the moment you arrive.
The large open planned ground floor includes a modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, seperate fridge, freezer and microwave. The kitchen gives direct access to the patio. A feature of the kitchen is the old bread oven that had once operated here.
The living area is in the centre of the ground floor and comes with two large sofas, two easy chairs along with satellite television (freeview channels), DVD player, books and games for all the family. The dining area looks onto the rear terrace and can comfortably seat up to eight people. French doors open on to the side patio from the lounge and the main patio from the kitchen. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower.
Upstairs in La Grange are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite bathroom, one super king which can be divided into singles and a twin. There are pletly of cupboards and storage space, hairdryers etc. Along with and additional family bathroom with bath and shower.
Why not take and evening off and have a meal cooked and prepared for you. Evening meals are available on request, so you can relax and unwind from the moment you arrive.
We would be delighted to welcome you to La Grange at Fig Trees Farm which is located in the small village of Saint Valérien between the market towns of Fontenay le Comte and Luçon in the Vendée. Set in the heart of the village, yet within a stones throw of the open countryside, it is ideal for walking or cycling. It is only an hour from the beautiful Vendee beaches and there are so many attractions in the Vendee if you wanted to explore the area.

The swimming pool, measuring 8.0m x 5.0m and 1.6m at the deepest point, enjoys all day sun allowing guests to relax at any time of day. It is surrounded by a security fence and access is via a childproof gate in accordance with the regulations. Change-over day for La Grange during peak season is Saturday, however during low and mid season changeover day can be flexible to meet your requirements. All linen is provided, however guests are kindly requested to provide their own towels.Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available upon request.
The private south facing patio, 4.50m x 4.0m, is the perfect location for breakfast, lunch and dinner as it enjoys all day sun. Planted with shrubs there can be no better place to sit, relax and enjoy a cool glass of wine in the company of friends and family.
