The chalet is located between La Chapelle d'Abondance and Chatel in the Vallée d'Abondance with the villages Abondance, La Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel (The "Portes Du Soleil")
The chalet, classified 4 stars, built in 2009 was designed to easily accommodate people with reduced mobility and is flexible in relation to the number of occupants.
The capacity of the twelve rooms is two to five people per room depending on the type of room.
The accesses are without thresholds, the terrace to the south and the space in front of the chalet has no slope, a rural path leads to a clearing at the edge of the stream.
Inside there is an elevator which serves up to eight bedrooms upstairs. Six bedrooms have adapted en-suite bathrooms (wheelchair), two large bathrooms for people with a heavy handicap are optionally accessible from the bedroom or from the hallway.
All rooms have a large balcony.
