La Maison Milou is a beautifully restored, spacious and secluded detached house in a peaceful hamlet near the small and picturesque port of Mortagne sur Gironde in the Charente Maritime region of France. Mortagne sur Gironde is situated in the world famous Gironde estuary and the village and port are within walking distance.
There are many stunning beaches nearby, from approximately 20 minutes drive.
The house itself sleeps 8 comfortably; there is a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Also downstairs there is an annex with a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, a utility area and a games room.
Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms; one with a king size bed, the other two rooms both with two single beds. The main bathroom, with bath and overhead shower, is upstairs.
There is a bright and sunny conservatory at the entrance to the house which leads out to a patio area and the wooden above ground pool.
The house is positioned in a mature, secluded garden of 2/3rd of an acre with many trees and shrubs.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking within house.
