Beautiful villa near to Montolieu, a National Book and Arts town situated just 20 mins away from Carcassonne. We have had the villa for 12 years and aim to provide guests with everything they need for an enjoyable stay. For this reason, We have many returners who love coming here year after year!
We try to combine modern touches with the facilities people now expect, such as British Satellite TV, Nespresso machine, a new wrap around glass balcony, comfy sofa lounge sets on the terrace and all gardens around the villa. There is a great pool, hot tub, dining and lounge set on the terrace plus bbq and dining set beside the pool.

The Area:
Wonderful area with superb views over the Aude valley and Pyrénées. There are some lovely walks from the house, or biking (2 for guest use), with great drives up to Saissac or down to Montolieu or further to Carcassonne.
The airport is a 20minute drive and our favourite restaurants are a 5 min drive from the villa down in Montolieu or Château Pennautier in Pennautier about 15 mins drive.
