This beautifully restored 16th-century water mill in a tranquil setting is only 30 minutes from Cannes and Nice, and 25 minutes from Nice airport.

ACCOMMODATION:

This stunning holiday villa comprises 4 bedrooms, all with en-suites, and boasting fantastic views out onto the river.
The spacious lounge has retained many of it's original features, including a large open fireplace.
There is an elegant dining room and a fully functional, well equipped professional kitchen (the mill was an esteemed restaurant until 2009).

The dining room and kitchen open onto a unique outdoor area on top of a stone bridge under which the river flows. This area has tables and chairs that can be used for meals day and night.
Guests will enjoy the wonderful views at night when the river and bridge are lit up.

I live in the owner’s cottage which is separate from the main house, and will be available during your stay if you require any assistance.

Outside:

On the grounds are well-maintained gardens with fruit trees, swimming pool and pool house, a fully equipped barbecue area and a boules pitch for those with a competitive nature!
The mill is located between a river and quiet forest that has a lake brimming with fish, including carp and other freshwater species.

Guests who book a private room will have shared access to the lounge room, dining room, professional kitchen and all outdoor areas of the property. If you would like exclusive use of the house please book the entire property.

There are TVs in the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, all with UK free-to-air channels. Internet Access. Unfortunately, due to the rural location, streaming is not available.
There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryers in every bathroom
