This modern, bright and spacious house is situated just 3km from the beach and provides close access to all the attractions of the Bassin d'Arcachon.
The property is functional and very comfortable in addition to being ideally located on the edge of the forest. It really is a haven of peace nestled amongst greenery without being isolated, and is within close proximity to the Dune du Pyla, market of the Teste de Buch, shops, restaurants and much more.
The house comprises:
A very large lounge/dining room with bay windows leading onto a large terrace that overlooks the forest (not overlooked and quiet).
An open kitchen very well equipped, with laundry facilities too.
6 bedrooms (2 master bedroom suites + 3 double bedrooms that can be split into 2 single beds + 1 bedroom 4 single beds or 2 double beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room.The good distribution of the bedrooms allows 2 or 3 families to cohabit while maintaining some their privacy.
A summer kitchen (with grill, fridge, microwave etc).
A large saltwater swimming pool, with security system (roller shutter).
A private, walled garden.
The property is very well equipped (including electrical appliances, Wifi, bluetooth speaker, 2 sun loungers and sun umbrella's, high chair, bikes, TV etc) There is ample storage space throughout the house.
Guests have the option to rent a boat (semi-rigid 6m) between April and September.
It is possible to oragnise cleaning and babysitting during your stay. Please let us know and we can assist you.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Arcachon Golf. This is an ideal location of nature and beach lovers, golfers and sport enthusiasts.
