Beautiful Fantastic Farmhouse Set Amongst the Grapevines in La Tuilliere, Dordogne

A fantastic farmhouse set amongst the grapevines in a rural location. The nearest property is over 1km away making this the place to really get away from it all and relax.

It has a large conservatory overlooking a beautiful pool, 5 bedrooms (4 are en-suite) ample parking and far reaching views in all directions.  It is a great house for families to rent and share a holiday. 

It is a super location: being 10 minute drive to the River Dordogne, 20 minutes to Bergerac and only 5 minutes from the Championship golf course “Chateau des Vigiers”. 

There are a number of vineyards within walking distance where wine tasting can be organised, and a couple of superb restaurants - Le Relais de Monestier” and Restaurant Moutier”. Both offer traditional local food and have lovely outdoor terraces, a friendly welcome and come highly recommended.

The Reservation deposit  is £500, and the peak weeks are £2,500 - others out of season are ad hoc.

There are 2 double rooms ensuite, 2 twin rooms ensuite ( 1 of which has access on the ground floor)  and another twin room that has a bathroom opposite.  Bedding and house towels are provided - we ask that people bring their own pool/sunbathing towels.

6 toilets in the house, 4 walk in showers, 3 overbath showers and 3 baths.

Cot and highchair although we ask people to bring their own cot bedding.

Washing machine and ironing facilities, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges ( with small freezer sections)and a blender.  Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses and plastic ware for children and around the pool. There is also an array of saucepans, frying pans and cookware.

There are 3 dining spaces - the dining room, the conservatory and the patio (with a large round table and outdoor chairs), that can all seat 10 people.  The conservatory houses many geraniums that we ask people to keep watered during the hot weather.  There are also chickens that provide guests with fresh eggs everyday - there is a local lady that comes to feed and water the chickens every other day - unless the guests ask her not to.

Television, DVD player and Playstation 2 as well as WIFI.

The cupboards have basic requirements (salt, pepper, seasoning, tea, coffee, bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc) we just ask that what ever is used is replaced.

Sun loungers that can be placed by the pool, and usually a collection of balls/bats etc for the children.
