It is located near Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence (the quarries of light), halfway between the cities of Arles and Avignon, close to the Pont du Gard, close to Saintes Maries de la Mer, close to the Camargue, close to the Luberon, a stone's throw from the Abbey of St Michel de Frigolet... and many other little secrets that the owner will whisper to you!

The cottage comprises:
On the ground floor:
- Kitchen with 2 tables and 12 chairs, fitted kitchen with 3 induction burners, extractor hood, SMEG refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Laundry room with plenty of storage space, freezer, washing machine, and dryer. - Living room with two high-quality sofas, a flat-screen TV, an ornamental fireplace, and a wood-burning stove.
- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed, built-in wardrobes, a desk, and an ornamental fireplace.
- Bathroom with a 120x80cm walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rack, toilet, illuminated mirror, and a storage unit.
On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 2 with a 160x200cm four-poster double bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3 with a 180x200cm double bed and dressers. This
through room provides access to two other bedrooms.
- Bedroom 4 with a 180x200cm double bed, under-stair storage, a cot, and a walk-in closet. This through room provides access to dormitory 1 and the upstairs bathroom.
- Bathroom with low-height (easy access) and generously sized bathtub, sink, heated towel rail, walk-in shower with thermostatic shower (180x90cm), and toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
- Dormitory 1: 1 king-size bed and 4 single beds (90x200cm) and walk-in closets.
- Dormitory 2: 1 king-size bed and 3 single beds (90x200cm) and walk-in closets.
Large garden of approximately 1,500 m² with olive trees and a beautiful 225 m² terrace shaded by a plane tree, a chestnut tree, and various shrubs. Covered terrace with garden furniture and a professional plancha grill.
3x4m swimming pool, 1.3m deep, accessible from June to September.
Included: reversible air conditioning (throughout the house), firewood, Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels. Pets are welcome free of charge under certain conditions: no categorized dogs. Baby kit available upon request.

The accommodation is comfortable for 8 adults.
It is possible to stay for 10 people as the accommodation is very large, but one bedroom is connected to two other bedrooms and there are only two bathrooms (limited for 10 adults).
